How do I book a site visit?
Just call or WhatsApp us or fill the enquiry form on this page. We'll confirm a time within 2 hours and our agent will accompany you to the plot. Site visits are completely free.
How do I know the title deed is genuine?
Before listing any plot, we conduct a formal land search at Eldoret Lands Registry. We verify the seller's ownership and confirm the title is clean β€” no cautions, no encumbrances. You can also do your own search through your advocate.
What fees do buyers pay?
Buyers pay no agency fees. Our commission is paid by the seller. The only costs to the buyer are the land price, stamp duty (4% for non-first-timers), advocate fees for the transfer and the title deed registration fee.
Can I pay in instalments?
Some of our sellers accept instalment payment plans β€” typically 50% deposit and balance within 90 days. This is negotiated case by case. Let us know your situation and we'll advise on options.
How long does the transfer process take?
Title transfer at Eldoret Lands Registry typically takes 30–60 days from payment. Our advocate partners manage the process end-to-end and will keep you updated throughout.
